| that was the most saddest an tragic story i have ever heard why have kids if your just gonna end the life of a kid so early when she deserved to grow up an so painfully i could imagine how painful her death must of been sick people like that shouldent exist in this world but unfortunitely we cant help the fact that there is horrible sick twisted people like them who killed her in this world i realy wish there wasent people like them an this world would be a happy place with no pain or suffering |

| I have 2 beautiful childresn. Seeing this make me appreciate and recognize loving motheres even more. How could a mother do such a thing? When there are families that can't even have a child that would love to adopt those who don't want their own. Hell, I have even agreed to be a surrogate mother. Situations like this really pisses me off because those you try to help can even be murderers. But for the family of Riley Ann Sawyer you keep the faith and stay blessed. I hope the die in jail. |

| that is so terrible! how could you do such a thing for a beautiful, sweet little girl? this could have easily been prevented, if young teenagers would not have sex, the babies couldnt be abused, because somebody else, hopefully more LOVING would have them instead. but stories like this raise awarness of child abuse, and help people try to stop it. |

Society needs to step up and make changes so what happened to Riley Sawyers does not happen to another child.

Child Abuse devastates Everyone.
Please keep a look out for signs of abuse in children and report any abuse you suspect.Keep an eye out for children you no longer see that used to play in your neighborhood.If you continue to see their Parents/Guardians but no sign of the child,Red Flags should be raised.
To Parents/Step-Parents who are struggling:Please don't hurt your child/step-child.Please give them to a trusted Family member/Friend and don't be ashamed to get the help you need.It would be out of the most Love and concern you could ever show your child/step-child and yourself.
